Then, she supports the teams for the implementation of new solutions, ensuring the end-user-developer collaboration is as smooth and productive as possible, boosting the chances of adoption. She is experienced in innovation procurement initiatives, including Pre-Commercial Procurements Projects, networks of procurers and the EIC Innovation Procurement Programme.
Stefan Morcov, CEO & Founder of Hermix, is an IT engineer with 25 years of experience in public sector sales and managing large-scale European IT contracts. He has an MBA from Tiffin University and a PhD from KU Leuven, and is passionate about AI, technology, transformation, eLearning, complexity and innovation. Stefan is managing the development of Hermix: a SaaS platform for public sector sales analytics. Hermix.com helps companies win public contracts, with tender monitoring, analysis, and market intelligence, based on AI.

Aleksandra Gruszkiewicz, CEO of Toro Ventures, a venture-focused firm that supports innovative companies through investment, strategic advisory, and valuation-driven decision-making at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and public-sector engagement. She has worked on procurement tracks with U.S. federal agencies, and her portfolio companies have been involved in public procurement of innovation contracts with organizations in the US, Europe and Asia. She is a member of ECLIPSE and is actively working on the application of venture capital methodologies to the public procurement sector, particularly to support the evaluation of innovative companies and solutions.
