Senior Government&Public Sector consultant with over 9 years of experience advising public administrations at both national and international level. Lawyer specialized in public procurement and grants, having led multiple Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI/PCP) projects.
Pantaleone Maurizio Mangiola – Wish Innovation
Pantaleone Maurizio is an economist with 28 years of experience in regional development policies, innovation, research governance and technology transfer across multiple EU programming periods. His work has focused on Regional Innovation Strategies, Smart Specialisation, innovation governance and technology transfer in several Italian regions, including Campania, Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and Lombardy. He is an experienced facilitator of workshops and technical working groups, with strong expertise in strategic planning, foresight, ecosystem integration and participatory methodologies. For SERICS, he supported the governance of the technology transfer process, the strategic assessment of open innovation needs from industrial companies, and the acceleration of research-based spin-offs and startups. He also supported the Campania Region in the implementation of the Smart Specialisation Strategy, including policy mix definition, action planning and enabling-condition implementation under ERFD and FSE+ programmes.
Giuseppe Rossi – Wish Innovation
Giuseppe is an expert in innovation, technology transfer, entrepreneurship and project management, with a strong background in IT services and digital transformation. Since 1998, he has worked on regional and transnational technology transfer and innovation services, including as an Enterprise Europe Network expert and IMP3rove Guide. He has held senior roles at the University of Calabria, including Technical Coordinator of the Liaison Office and TechNest incubator, and later Manager of the University ICT Centre. He also served as Director of the Research and Higher Education and Training Sector of the Calabria Region, overseeing research, innovation and higher education programmes. His experience includes technology audits, support to SMEs and research centres, R&D project development, fundraising and transnational technology brokerage. He has contributed to Smart Specialisation strategy design, innovation pole development and incubation services for startups and entrepreneurial teams. He has also worked on specialised training, innovation services and project management in innovation poles and sustainable construction initiatives.
